Details:	Dear Parents and Carers, We are pleased to inform you of an exciting educational trip for our Year 6 children next term. In line with our English writing unit on the works of Roald Dahl, we have organised a visit to the Cambridge Theatre in London to watch the acclaimed production of Matilda the Musical. The trip is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 9th July 2024, where we will attend an evening performance starting at 7pm. Trip Details Date: Tuesday 9th July 2024 Performance: Cambridge Theatre, London – 7.00 – 9.30pm Travel arrangements: Coach – departing Hook Junior School at 4.15pm and returning to school at 11.30pm for collection. Cost: The cost of the trip is £36.25 per child, which includes both the theatre ticket and transportation. Between 3.20pm and 4.15pm, children will stay at school to be supervised on site. Please could you provide your child with a packed tea to have at this time. Children are permitted to bring a snack and water for the interval if they wish. We believe that this experience will greatly contribute to the children's understanding and appreciation of one of Roald Dahl's most adapted stories, as well as provide them with a memorable and enjoyable experience with their peers, in their last few weeks at Hook Junior School. We kindly request that you confirm their attendance and make a payment through our online platform, Scopay no later than Friday, 19th April 2024. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
