Employee Support Line and Occupational Health / Wellbeing
The Employee Support Line is available for all staff where the school has an SLA with the service. It is a free confidential support line available to employees and their immediate family. It operates 24 hours a day 365 days a year support on issues such as Health, Medical, Legal and Financial advice. Employee Support line – 0800 030 5182 Occupational Health & Wellbeing – 023 8062 6600
Health Assured
Where purchased by a school, Health Assured provide internal and external resources specifically to support employees and their families. This includes:
- A 24 hour a day, 365 day a year in the moment counselling support and telephone advice covering a wide range of issues including work, personal and family related (0800 028 0199)
- 24/7 legal and financial advice helpline (legal advice available to employee only)
- Health and medical information and support
- Medical information (nurse call-back available)
- Online wellbeing portal including mini health checks
Health Assured Wellbeing App
For schools with an Occupational Health/Health Assured SLA staff can access a mobile app which can be installed on a mobile phone or tablet, via Google or Apple playstores, to use at any time of the day. Use this access code to register: MHA006393
Features include:
- Weekly mood tracker – tracks moods on a weekly basis in relation to physical, financial and general wellbeing;
- Mini Health Checks

Provides support to individuals with anxiety disorders, phobias and conditions.
