Feedback from Stakeholders

Our local and community partnerships in particular those with parents, are paramount to our children’s progress, development and welfare and we seek to maintain positive and constructive relationships with all stakeholders for the benefit of the children.

We actively seek the opinions of all stakeholders and regularly send out questionnaires, provide opportunities through the Governing Body, texting and email system and face to face communication for opinions about the school to be expressed and where appropriate to the needs of the school, acted upon.

We greatly value the positive partnership between the school, its parents, carers and stakeholders and as such we wish to promote good communications at all times.

We aim to deal with all complaints as soon as they are addressed. Our Complaints Policy is based on the principle that, where possible, complaints will be dealt with informally and stakeholders are encouraged to share their concerns with the appropriate member of staff at the earliest opportunity. In the event that a complaint has not been resolved in this manner, formal procedures are outlined in the policy that provide the complainant with a route that ensures the issue is addressed and resolved.

Our Complaints Policy provides a supportive framework through which stakeholders can raise concerns if they wish to make the complaint formal. The policy provides a process under which the concerns can be discussed and a resolution achieved in a efficient, fair and equitable manner.

More information about our school and our performance is published by Ofsted and also the Department for Education in their School Performance Tables. In addition to this, Hampshire County Council publish additional information including details of our catchment area and admission policy.
