Parent Governor
I am the father of four boys, one at Hook Junior School, two at Hook Infants and one yet to start. We have lived locally in Hook since 2017.
I have worked at Heathrow for just over ten years, and am currently Operational Planning Director. The experience I bring to the governing body covers strategy development and implementation; performance management and improvement; data-based decision making and dealing with uncertainty. Outside of work I like to think of myself as a runner and enjoy being outdoors - in reality parenting takes up most time!
To me being a Governor is a critical friend linking the community and school leadership team, and working together to enable the teachers and staff to deliver the very best education, development and opportunities for our children.
