Co-Opted Governor
I live in Berkshire and have a junior school age daughter. I’m a Chartered Management Accountant with a BA Honours in Accounting and Financial Management. I am a keen coach and mentor, volunteering with Plan B, and previously with The Cherie Blair Foundation. I have also worked as a volunteer Advisory Board member for Sure Start.
I have 25 of expertise across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations roles. I am currently Vice President of Retention and Loyalty at Avast Plc, a Cyber Security business.
I became a governor as I wanted to give something back to the community and to children’s education specifically. I offer a strong background in financial management, data analysis, budgeting, strategic planning, project/programme management coupled with sales negotiation and commercial marketing skills.
